Users may have the option to download or order their own or other user's submitted photos, videos or other content onto DVDs or CDs or into photo albums or books. Blue Lava does not monitor such downloads or orders or control the ultimate distribution or sharing of such photos, videos or content by others. You can always choose not to allow others to view, access, download or order the photos, videos or other content you submit, by setting the “View” permission settings on the container to private. This is done through an edit link on the containers page. The profile information you submit is publicly displayed on the website by default. If you choose not to have a public profile, you may set the settings for the profile to private.
Except as otherwise described in this privacy statement, Blue Lava will not disclose personal information or other content you submit to any third party unless we believe it is necessary to do so to protect the safety, personal or property rights of others, to comply with legal service or process, or when we are required to do so by law.
